30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging with all original parts, hardware, instructions, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email support@4x4modsource.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photographs when applicable. Do not send an item back before the return is approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Fees and Shipping

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The cost of return shipping will also be deducted from the refund. When we provide a prepaid return label, the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. Original expedited and international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested by emailing support@4x4modsource.com. The 15% restocking fee is waived when the replacement order is placed before the original item is returned. Return shipping remains the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, shipping label, and packaging so we can review the issue and provide instructions.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the 15% restocking fee, return shipping cost, and any non-refundable original shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to process the refund. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.
