Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Shipping transit estimates begin after processing is complete and the order has been handed to the carrier.

Free standard shipping and the $30 expedited option are available on all orders shipped within the United States. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to supported destinations for a flat rate of $100 per order. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges assessed by the destination country.
Delivery Estimates and Carriers
We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another qualified shipping partner depending on the product, destination, and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, an incorrect delivery address, or other circumstances outside our control.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email or made available on the order status page after the order ships. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a label is created.
Packages Damaged in Transit
If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the item, shipping label, and packaging and contact us promptly. Keep all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery location.
