The Polaris RZR XP4 Plastic Door Insert set covers all four door openings in the 4-seat RZR platform — keeping your entire crew protected from trail dust, mud, rocks, and debris. Each insert is precision-molded from UV-resistant polypropylene to match the exact door contours of the XP4, creating a proper seal that keeps debris where it belongs: outside.
The injection-molded polypropylene construction maintains its structural integrity and black finish through years of desert and mountain riding. The UV stabilizers prevent material breakdown and fading that cheaper plastics experience through repeated heat cycling.
All four inserts mount directly to factory hardware locations on the XP4 doors with included mounting hardware. No drilling required in most standard configurations.
