These aluminum lower doors are precision-engineered specifically for the 900 Trail's 50" width — delivering a correct, tight fit without any trimming or fitting adjustment that generic doors require.
Constructed from durable aluminum with a powder-coated finish, these doors handle the tight, brushy trail riding that the 900 Trail is built for. Branches, rocks, and mud are no match for the aluminum construction, and the powder coat maintains a clean appearance through consistent trail use.
The design uses factory hardware locations with no drilling required in most configurations, and leaves the option open to remove the doors for open-air riding.
