Our Return Policy

At 4x4ModSource, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • Item must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Item must not be a final sale or special-order item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed or show signs of use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents
  • Special-order or custom items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First

Email support@4x4modsource.com or call 480-322-4626 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship items back without an RMA.

Receive Your RMA

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your RMA number and return shipping instructions.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address we provide.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for standard returns of items in original, unused condition within the 30-day return window. Items returned incomplete, without original packaging, or showing signs of use may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, items that are returned with missing components or not in their original condition.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different part, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround and correct fitment.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@4x4modsource.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
