Overview

4x4ModSource ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We are committed to getting your parts to you quickly and safely.

We ship from our warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona and partner fulfillment centers when necessary. Some items may ship directly from our manufacturing partners. In all cases, you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Total estimated delivery time is 6–11 business days from the date of order (1–3 business days processing + 5–8 business days transit). This estimate applies to Standard Ground shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.

Carriers

We ship using trusted major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used depends on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at support@4x4modsource.com and we'll look into it for you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at 480-322-4626 or support@4x4modsource.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and building management first. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and replace your item.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship to the contiguous United States only (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
